    Dyeable Foldover Elastic

Dyeing Instructions:

* In a small saucepan place enough water to cover elastic.
Add 1-2 tsp. of liquid Ritz Dye.
* Warm dye and add elastic, stirring to assure even coloration.
DO NOT BOIL
* When elastic is the desired color rinse well in cold water and hang to dry.
